Minimum Opening Order - $100     Minimum Reorder - $50

New Release Schedule - We release new items 4 times a year. (Unless otherwise stated) Releases are January, April, July, and October. 

Turn Around Time - Our standard turn around is approximately 14 days (10 business days) however, we often ship sooner than that and can handle rush orders for many products. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need something quickly. 

Payment - currently payment is authorized at check out and captured within 7 days when the order is fulfilled and shipped. If you need a different arrangement, please email me. 

Refunds & Exchanges - we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless product is damaged in shipping. If this happens please reach out to us. We need to be notified within 1 week of delivery, and return shipping cost is up to the store returning. (Exceptions are handled on a case by case basis). 

Net Terms - we do not offer net terms at this time. If you would like to shop with net terms, you may shop via our Faire Direct link. (If you qualify to have net terms with them). Please make sure to use the direct link instead of searching for us on Faire - it makes a difference with the fees they take out from us. Thank you!
